| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述和分析法,针对高校体育实施素质教育培养创新人才的教育观念,分析了创新教育的基本内涵、素质教育的实质是培养创造能力、创新教育在全面推进素质教育中的作用以及创新功能应为高等教育的首要功能的基本理论问题;重点探讨了高校体育培养学生的创新意识、发散性思维的基本观点.

| Abstract: | In allusion to the educational concept in institutions of higher learning-to bring up talents of innovative pattern by carrying out quality oriented education in the aspect of physical education, it was analyzed that the basic connotation of innovative education and the essence of quality oriented education are the fundamental theoretical problems of cultivating creative competence, effect of innovative education on the all round advance of quality oriented education and that the innovative function should be the chief function of higher education. The focus point of the study was to probe into basic viewpoints of cultivating the students' innovative consciousness and divergent thinking in physical education of colleges and universities. |
