福司可林对小鼠体脂、血脂和运动能力的影响

摘    要:为了解福司可林是否具有降体脂提高运动能力的作用 ,选用 5 0只雄性小白鼠 ,随机分为 5组进行实验。结果发现 ,短期服用 Forscolin对小鼠体重无显著性影响 ,降低小鼠脂肪含量 ,但未达显著水平 ,显著提高小鼠负重游泳至力竭时间 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而一次服用无显著效果 ,这可能与其改善糖、脂肪代谢有关 ,短期服用Forscolin小鼠血清甘油三酯升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,胆固醇降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,力竭游泳后 ,血糖水平高 ,甘油三酯水平低 ,说明服用 Forscolin可增加游泳运动时脂肪动员 ,促进脂肪利用 ,减少糖的利用。因此 ,短期服用Forscolin可通过调节糖、脂肪代谢 ,显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间 ,同时有降低小鼠脂肪含量的作用。

Abstract:This study was designed to clarify whether Forscolin had the effects on body fat content and physical performance. 50 male mice were randomly divided into five groups The contents of glycemia, triglyceride and total cholesterol in blood were determined. The results showed that the administration of Forscolin in a short period of time had no significant influence on body weight. It lowered the body fat contents of mice, but not significantly. It also significantly increased the duration of loaded swimming to exhaustion in mice. There were no significant effects in mice of once administration of Foscolin. That might be related to the improvement of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. The serum triglyceride increased and the cholesterol decreased in mice, which were gavaged Forscolin for a short period of time. The level of glycemia increased and the triglyceride level decreased after exhaustive swimming. All of those indicated that the administration of Foscolin improved the fat mobilization, promoted the utilization of fat and reduced the carbohydrate utilization. Therefore, the administration of Forscolin for a short period of time remarkably prolongs the duration of loaded swimming in mice and reduces the lipid contents of mice by regulating the carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
