| 摘 要： | 新世纪我国学校体育的目标不仅是增强体质,提高运动技术水平,而且还应培养学生具有以形体为主的身体健康美、心灵美、行为美,以及感受、创造这些美的能力;对大学生实施体育审美教育的主要途径应是:高校尽快面向大学生开设体育美学课;努力使大学生树立身心健康的美学理念;美化教学环境,营造美的教学氛围;积极培养大学生体育美的创造能力.

| Abstract: | In the context of the new century, the purposes of the P.E. teaching in higher education are not only to enhance the college students' physical fitness and improve their level of sport skills, but also to cultivate the college students' health beauty which includes the beauty of figures, psychology, behavior, and the ability of appreciating and creating the above beauty. In this context the main methods implementing the education of sport aesthetics appreciation can be concluded as the followings: establishing the specific courses of sport aesthetics appreciation in higher education; facilitating the college students to set up the aesthetics ideas of keeping physical and mental health; Creating the beautiful teaching environment and establishing the beautiful teaching surroundings; cultivating college students' creating aesthetics. |
