| 摘 要： | 目前我国体育产业资本市场投融资存在较多的问题.主要是体育产业资本市场投融资的规模较小,资金缺乏稳定来源,投资渠道窄;体育产业资本市场投融资的法制不健全,政府对体育产业资本市场投融资的立法和制度建设滞后;体育产业资本市场投融资缺乏完善的退出机制;缺乏高效率的信息交流机制,难以形成体育产业资本市场投融资与体育企业或职业体育俱乐部之间的良性互动关系.建议要解决这些问题,应该建立体育产业资本市场投融资政策保障体系、建立和完善体育产业资本市场投融资运作机制、开通多元化的体育产业资本市场投融资的资金来源渠道.

| Abstract: | The result shows a variety of problems existing in sports industry capital market financing and investment of China,such as small dimension of market,lack of stable funds sources and narrow channels of financing and investment,imperfect legal system,behindhand government legislation,institution building,and withdrawal system,and low-efficient information communications.It does not help to form a good reaction between financing and investment sports industry capital market,sports enterprise and professional sports club.To solve these problems,policy security systems of financing and investment in sports industry capital market,operation mechanism of financing and investment,and diversiform fund sources of financing and investment should be built. |
