| 摘 要： | 现代运动训练学理论在运动训练原理、项目训练理论以及专项训练理论3个层次上都获得了不同程度的进展,并逐渐与运动选材学、运动竞赛学以及竞技体育管理学共同构成竞技体育理论体系。在运动员竞技能力的培养、运动训练过程,影响运动训练与比赛的社会学因素等方面的研究都在向纵深发展,并形成了若干新的研究热点。现代科技在运动训练理论及实践的发展中日益广范而深刻介入也是一个重要的现象及趋势。

| Abstract: | To diffenent extents and in the threeaspects of sports training principle,event group trainingtheory and specific event training theory,the modern theory of sports training has achieved developmentand gradually formed,the theory system of competitive sports together with the learnings of sports talentsindentification,sports competition,and management of competitive sports.The researches on the trainingof competitive ability,the process of sports training and the social factors affecting training and competi-tion has developeb in depth,with some new research focuses having come into being.A wide,deepinvolvement of modern science and technology into the development of theory and practice of sports train-ing has become an important phenomenon and a significant tendency. |
