| 摘 要： | 在剖析中华民族传统体育现状的基础上,对中华民族传统体育走向世界提出5条对策:加深对民族传统体育是民族文化的重要组成部分的认识;强化民族传统体育的竞技性、加强健身娱乐性;加强民族传统体育科学研究;让民族传统体育走进学校;加强宣传民族传统体育的力度.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the status quo of traditional Chinese sports, the paper puts forward 5 countermeasures for the internationalization of traditional Chinese sports, which enhances the understanding that traditional sports are important ingredient of national culture. It's believed that the competitiveness and recreation of traditional sports should be strengthened; scientific studies on traditional Chinese sports should be promoted so that it can be related to the whole society and enable the whole society to have a better understanding of it. |
