摘    要:运用基本的力学原理和数学方法,将跳板从较低位置向平衡位置恢复过程的竖直方向运动简化为局部简谐振动,将人体积极蹬伸动作模拟为被压缩的弹簧振子恢复形变运动,建立了人板系统在竖直方向上的运动方程,并解出方程得到其运动规律.利用此蹬伸模型从理论上阐述了选择积极蹬伸时机和控制蹬伸节奏对蹬伸"合板"的意义,并从数理角度解析了采用软板起跳技术和增大肌肉绝对力量可提高蹬伸"合板"过程中的能量转化率.

Abstract:Based on the basic mechanics principles and the mathematics methods, the movement equation about human-board system in vertical direction which the board was moved from lower position to the balance position was predigested into the partly simple and humorous movement.Furthermore,the bodily active pedaling and stretching active was imitated into the procedure of recovery distortion of spring shaking points.Sport formula in relation to the movement equation about human-board system in vertical direction was established and the related sport principles were acquired.Based on this model,the best choice of the stretch opportune and the better control of stretch rhythm are important to match the springboard in stretching action was explained theoretically.In addition,it has been mathematically analyzed that enlarging the muscle power and using the soft springboard are efficient to increase conversion rate of energy in the stretch process.
