| 摘 要： | 通过对317名大学生运动员赛前焦虑及其影响因素的测验分析,探讨了运动员的竞赛焦虑水平、心理健康状况及其与主要影响因素的关系.结果表明:(1)大学生运动员的竞赛焦虑水平的总体水平偏高,心理健康状况较一般大学生要好.(2)不同性别以及城乡运动员之问存在显著的竞赛焦虑强度和心理健康水平差异;(3)运动能力知觉和期望水平是运动员心理健康和竞赛焦虑强度的有效预测因子;(4)大学生运动员的人格特征总体趋于外向而稳定.稳定性维度评判运动员竞赛焦虑强度的有效指标.(5)运动员的心境状态是竞赛焦虑强度的有效显示器.

| Abstract: | Competitive anxiety and its affecting factors are investigated in 317 undergraduate athletes to explore the relationship between anxiety level, profile of mood states and main affecting factors. The results are showed as follows: (1) The total level of anxiety of the undergraduate athletes is higher and their mental health is better than that of the general undergraduate athletes; (2) obvious differences are identified in competitive anxiety and the profile of mood states between the both sexes and between the two groups of town and country; (3) perceptions of sports competence and the level of expectation are a good predictor to distinguish the intensity of competitive anxiety and the profile of mood states; (4) The personality of athletes is generally extrovert and stable, and stable dimensionality is an effective index to judge the intensity of athlete's anxiety. (5) The profile of mood states of the undergraduate athletes is a distinct indicator to distinguish the intensity of competitive anxiety. |
