| 摘 要： | 为了使我国群众体育事业取得跨越式发展,非奥运项目无疑是最有效的手段之一。随着社会必要劳动时间的缩短,人们闲暇时间不断增多,客观上为非奥项目的发展创造了条件,使其成为人们享受生活,提高生活质量的重要内容。但在研究中发现,我国的非奥运项目在发展过程中出现了诸多短板,大大制约了其发展的脚步。主要采用文献资料法,以"非奥运项目"为研究对象,同时借助"木桶理论",找出制约非奥项目发展的症结所在,意在使非奥运项目实现可持续发展。分析认为,制约非奥运项目发展缓慢主要分为外因与内因两个维度,但每一个要素均会成为发展中的短板。研究同时认为,通过赛事、与全民健身相结合、走社会化道路以及与传媒合作是有效弥补短板的措施,达到"木桶理论"中的平衡点,对非奥运项目的健康发展具有不可估量的研究价值。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Non-Olympic event is one of the most effective ways to realize leap-forward development of China mass sports. People have more leisure time which has brought new prerequisite for the development of non-Olympic events with shorten of social necessary labor time. Non-Olympic event can be important contents for people to enjoy life and improve life quality. But in our research, China non-Olympic event has many short plates which restrained its development. This paper used barrel theory to analyze the problems of China non-Olympic event development by the method of literature review. We hope China non-Olympic event will have a sustainable development. Conclusions: The problems of China non-Olympic events development can be divided to external and internal dimensions, but each element can be short plate. Competitions, national fitness programme, the path of socialization, and media cooperation are effective remedies to those short plates and reach the balance point of barrel theory. This paper is important for the development of China non-Olympic event. |
