乳酸脱氢酶及其同工酶在游泳选材中的应用

摘    要:乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶含量的差异影响运动员机体的有氧和无氧代谢能力,而LDH同工酶的合成受遗传基因调控,为此我们对青少年游泳运动员进行了LDH同工酶谱的调查,结果是长距离游泳项目运动员血清LDH1和LDH2百分含量相对较高,中距离项目运动员LDH4和LDH5百分含量相对较高。LDH同工酶百分含量可作为中距离和长距离游泳运动员的选材指标之一。

Abstract:As the content of LDH isozymes may affect the aerobioc and anaerobic capacity of players and their systhesis is controllod by goenctie factor,we made an investigation on the LDH isozymic chart of junior swimmers. The results indicatcd that the content of LDH1 and LDE2 was higher in long distanee swimmers and the contcnt of LDH4 and LDH5 was higher in middie distance awimmers. The percent content of LDH isozymes can be used as an indicator of selecting potential swimmers in middle and long distanee events.
