| 摘 要： | 将教育学和社会学的理论和方法应用在学生体质和健康状况研究中,开辟了体质调研工作的新思路。研究认为:1)社会经济发展水平显著提高,但教育经费投入的增长速度落后于财政增长的速度,中小学办学经费仍然困难,中小学教育发展缓慢。2)公用体育设施和场地器材的严重匮乏以及广大人民群众体育观念淡漠,是影响陕西省社会体育发展和学生体质健康的又一重要因素。3)学校体育工作没有明确指导思想;领导不重视;体育经费和场地器材缺乏;体育教师队伍培养不能满足新时期学校体育卫生工作要求;体育教师工作满意感较低等是影响学生体质健康状况的潜在因素。

| Abstract: | This study employed the theories and methods of pedagogy and sociology to explore the students,physique and their health status,which established a new approach for physique research work.The results of the study indicated:1)Social economy has greatly improved,the development on educational funds is far slower than the financial development,and the funding for primary and middle schools are still very limited.Consequently the primary and middle school education developed very slowly.2)Public physical education facilities fields and equipment were insufficient.And many people took no interest in sport participation.These factors have great effect on the development of social physique education and the improvement of students,physique and health status;3)Physical education at school has no definite directed ideas;leaders' ignorance;the lack of sports funding and sport facilities;the insufficiency of teaching resources;lower satisfaction of teachers to their job and so on. |
