| 摘 要： | 首次对我国现代五项运动员在安静状态、运动状态及恢复期进行了UCG 测量,研究了现代五项男运动员心脏形态结构、泵血功能及血流动力学特点,初步结论如下:1)通过测量分析获得了我国现代五项男运动员心脏形态及功能的基础数据;2)我国现代五项男运动员的心脏功能,从群体上看,尚不够理想;3)现代五项男运动员心脏形态结构与耐力项目运动员相似;4)在运动员心脏形态及功能近似的情况下左室EDD 和SV 仍可较敏感地反映出其心脏功能的差别。

| Abstract: | Morphologic structure,pumping function and hemodynamic features of the hearts of Chinesepentathletes were studied based on ultrasonic cardiogram during rest,exercise and recovery period.Prelim-inary conclusions were as follows:(1) Basic data on morphology and function of hearts of Chinese malepenathletes were obtained through measurements of this study;(2) In terms of the colony,heart functionof Chinese pentathletes did not reach the ideal level;(3) Pentathletes were similar to other endurance play-ers in morphology and function of heart;(4) When athletes were similar in heart morphology and function,EDD and SV of the left ventricule could still sensitively reflect the difference between their heart function. |
