| 摘 要： | 对"五城会"20个城市的教练员进行了全面、深入的调查,摸清了我国体操教练员队伍的现状,找出存在的主要问题并提出相应的对策,结果表明:1)我国体操教练员队伍的年龄结构不甚合理,总体趋于年轻化.2)我国体操教练员队伍的学历层次整体偏低.3)我国体操教练员参加培训和进修的机会偏少,尤其是基层教练员和经济不发达地区的教练员.

| Abstract: | This research conducted a profound and extensive investigation in a sample of the gymnastics coaches from twenty cities in the nation wide during the 5th National City Games, explored the current situation of gymnastics coach team, and found out the existed main problems, thereby providing the proposed strategies. The findings of this research can be concluded as follows: 1) the aged structure of the gymnastics coaches in China is not reasonable. The averaged age show a trend of being younger; 2) The academic degree levels of the gymnastics coaches are relatively low; 3) the opportunities of the training participation are rarely available, in particular, for those coaches from the undeveloped regions. |
