游泳、健美操对大学生身心健康的影响

摘    要:对不会游泳和健美操的女大学生的测试表明:经过游泳和健美操训练后,学生的心脏功能得到了提高。健美操班和游泳班学生的反应时、数字记忆广度也有显著提高。游泳班的学生除一人外都基本掌握了游泳的运动技能。两组被试者800m跑的后测成绩均有显著提高。经过游泳训练,学生的睡眠效率得到了改善。

Abstract:Tests were made in the female students who can't swim and don't know how to do body-buildingexercises. The results showed that after swimming and body-building exercise training the heart functions ofthe students were improved. The reaction time and the memory span of the students in swimming and bodybuilding exercise classes were remarkably improved, too. The students in the swimming class, except one,have basically grasped the skills of swimming. The 800m. run results of the two classes of students improvedremarkably after training of the two events. And after swimming training their sleeping effects were also improved.
