健身气功·导引养生功十二法对普通大学生体质的影响

摘    要:为检验新编健身气功·导引养生功十二法的健身效果,更好地为全民健身服务。我们对普通大学生进行了为期三个月的实验研究。结果显示:导引养生功十二法对普通大学生的身体形态、身体机能、身体成分、运动素质等方面具有显著性影响。这对于新功法的推广提供了坚实的科学依据。

Abstract:The goal of the paper is to verify the fitness-enhancing effect of the new version of Qigong and Dredging Channels Regimen Exercise(DCRE) so as to serve for the mass fitness exercise project.The research has conducted three months experimental research on college students.The results showed that the DCRE has significant impact on the body figure,function,composition and movement quality of the students.This provides solid scientific basis for promotion of new fitness Qigong.
