| 摘 要： | 采用社会调查、历史研究、比较分析相结合的研究方法,对CBA联赛外籍球员的引进和管理制度进行了系统研究,并对CBA联赛外援引进、注册、限薪、转会及其它管理制度与NBA联赛的相关制度进行了比较分析,分析认为我国CBA联赛在外籍球员引进的范围上相对狭窄、外援转会方面限制过多、外籍球员的薪金限制规定过于单一、外籍球员上场时间的限制较多、外籍球员违纪违约现象较多、对外籍球员处罚力度不够、外籍球员流动性过大。其应对策略主要有:建立长效的外籍球员引进与管理制度、建立外籍球员保障制度、加大违纪违约处罚力度、建立外籍球员培训机制、俱乐部加强对外籍球员的管理等。
