| 摘 要： | 从宏观层面对体育人力资源配置进行探讨,将最优化方法研究中最活跃的多目标规划理论引入到体育人力资源管理研究中,建立了适用于各类型体育组织机构的人力资源优化配置模型,并结合人力资源研究与实践中对模糊数学的应用,采用最常用于解多目标规划模型的评价函数法,可以解决各类体育组织机构的人力资源优化配置问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the mathematical optimization method is applied to the configuration of human resource in a sport institute.We set up some mathematical models relation to human resource allocation for various types of sports organizations based on the multi-objective planning theory.Combining with the evaluation function of multi-objective programming of fuzzy math,the models can be used to human resources management for the purpose of configuration optimization for sports organizations. |
