| 摘 要： | 摘要：当代中国体育法律制度建设的研究不仅运用法学、社会学、政治学、经济学等理论来探讨体育领域的法律问题，还十分关注文化哲学的理论影响。主要采用文献研究和哲学的方法，以文化哲学介入当代中国体育法律制度建设的研究，将有助于在时代文化场景中从更深的层面来思考体育法律制度建设对人、对生活、对社会、对民族、对国家的深刻影响。研究认为：1）体育法律制度建设是“文化实在”的社会活动；2）体育法律制度建设是基于“文化规则”的模式建构；3）体育法律制度建设是“文化价值”的具体体现；4）体育法律制度建设是“文化自觉”的时代要求；5）体育法律制度建设是“文化自信”的精神体现。将有助于在时代文化场景中从更深的层面来思考体育法律制度建设对人、对社会、对民族、对国家的深刻影响。
