| Abstract: | By using Visual Basic language the applied software of the physical education teaching plan management system was prepared and developed in colleges and universities. The high and new modern science and technology were applied in the system of the physical education teaching management in order to provide scientific, effective and practical methods for the reform of PE teaching in colleges and universities in the twenty--first century. |
