摘    要:在体疗康复和力量训练中常用10RM(Repetition Maximum)。为能更快、更方便地找出10RM所需的重量,以北京体院46名(男24名,女24名)教师和学生为受试者,进行了负重屈肘和直臂外展的等张力量测试。运用逐步回归分析的方法,建立了二元回归方程及扩展方程。为康复训练和力量练习提供了一个简易、快速的确定锻炼强度的方法。

Abstract:The 10 RM(Repetion Maximum)is often used in rehabilitationand strength training.In order to indentify the required weight morerapidly and easily,the study,chosing 46 teachers and students(23 male,23 female)from the BIPE as the subjects,measured the isotonic streng-th in elbow flexion and straight abduction when loading weight.A dua-listic regression equation and an extended equation were established,whichmay be used as an easy,fast method to determine the intensity of reha-bilitation and strength training.
