| 摘 要： | 为研究中国女子手球运动员身体基本形态与机能特点,对中国队和地方队队员的身高、体重、体脂百分比进行测定,同时对北京奥运会参赛队伍的基本形态特点进行分析;对中国队不同优势手运动员上上肢和下肢的围度、上上肢和膝屈伸的最大力量和爆发力进行了测定。研究发现:1)中国女子手球队运动员比地方队身材高大,体脂百分比低,与欧洲强队有相似的身高和体重特点,比世界强队韩国队身材高大。身高和体重应与手球运动员攻防竞技水平相适应,就某一个成年手球运动员而言,要提高专项移动对抗能力,应使肌肉含量尽量高。2)边锋比内卫、底线、守门员身高低、体重轻,而内卫、底线和守门员身材相似,中国女子手球运动员位置身材特点与世界强队相似。不同位置手球运动员身材特点不一样,以适应各位置攻防特点需求。3)优势手上上肢肌肉含量高于非优势手,对侧下肢屈伸的最大力量比同侧大,推测长期的手球运动对不同优势手运动员肢体形态、机能产生了一定影响。
