| 摘 要： | 铁调素已被认为是影响机体铁稳态和铁代谢的关键物质。目前人们对于铁调素的研究主要集中于其结构、分泌部位、功能与作用机制三个方面。人们对于铁调素的功能已有了较为清楚的认识,也发现了铁调素的作用通道与三大调节通道。但是对于具体的调节步骤还有待于更深入地认识。

| Abstract: | Hepcidin is the most important peptide to regulate iron homeostasis and iron metabolism.At present,the studies for hepcidin are mostly focused on its composition,the sites of secretion and its function and regulation mechanism. It is clearly that people generally understand the effect,the function channels and three regulating pathways of hepcidin.But the detailed regulating process requires further study. |
