摘    要:重新构建大学体育课程体系和评价体系,在对大学生进行系统体育教育的基础上,掌握一般健身理论和健身技能,培养终身体育锻炼的意识和兴趣.大学体育教育要重视学生体育态度、体育健康知识、体育情感与自主运动能力的培养.实验结果表明,重新构建的大学体育课程教学模式和教学评价体系是可行的.这种教学模式和教学评价体系,集教育性、健康性、公平性、快乐性、现实性于一体,强化了终身体育意识的教育,体现了大学体育健身教育的作用和价值.

Abstract:Based on the systemic physical education of the undergraduates to reconstruct the physical education course and evaluation system in colleges and universities is important for the undergraduates to grasp the common theory of body-building and the skills for body-building as well as to cultivate their sense and interest in lifelong physical training. In physical education teaching of colleges and universities the students' attitude to physical education and sport, the knowledge of physical education and health as well as the cultivation of sports sensibility and the independent physical performance should be stressed. The results of the experience indicated that it was feasible to reconstruct the teaching mode of the physical education course and the evaluation system. This sort of teaching mode and teaching evaluation system integrates the educational nature, healthiness, equitableness, enjoyment and reality, which intensifies the sense of lifelong physical education and embodies the function and value of fitness education in colleges and universities.
