| 摘 要： | 通过点按全息心穴对受试对象的心功能进行研究.结果发现,所运用的方法简单,对提高运动中的心功能有一定的效果,运动员可以直接运用于运动中.在本实验条件下,通过对受试者心脏结构功能的超声心动图自身对照分析,得出结论与建议如下:1)一次点按全息心穴,并没有明显改变心脏ESD、EDD等形态指标,也没有明显引起SV和心率改变.2)点按全息心穴可以显著提高心脏的心输出量和收缩压,同时降低舒张压.3)对全息心穴的点按刺激与点按时间顺序有关,从实验结果综合分析,运动中点按全息心穴的调节效果好于运动前.

| Abstract: | The effects of massaging holographic point on cardiac functions are researched.The findings reveal that there are some good effects on heart functions in sports and this method is simply,so athletes can directly apply this method to practice.The main results are as follows.First,it improves the functions of heart pumping blood and heart nutrition process by using the biological holography method,but massaging one time can not obviously change the indexes of ESD and EDD,SV and rhythm of the heart.Second,massaging the holographic point in sports may prompt the heart reserves ability and decrease the consumption of heart energies.Third,according to the results,the effect on cardiac functions is better when massaging the holographic point in the process of the sports than before the exercises. |
