| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对宁夏4所高校的回、汉族大学生参加体育活动的基本现状与心理健康状况之间的关系进行分析,采用心理健康临床症状自评量表SCL-90测试.并对回、汉族大学生身心健康情况进行比较.结果表明:宁夏回、汉族大学生参加体育活动的基本情况总体无显著差异,通过参加体育活动能有效改善心理健康状况;回、汉族大学生心理健康状况各具特点,在自我和维护心理健康的方法上存在差异.

| Abstract: | With the combination of the methods of documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation,and mathematical statistics,adopted the self-test SCL-90 of testing the mood and mental health clinic indexes,this study explored the relationship between the current situation of sport participation and the situation of the mental health among the college students of Hui and Han nationality from four colleges and universities in Ningxia Province.The results of this study indicated that the whole status of physical exercise had no obvious difference among the college students of Hui and Han nationality;the sport participation can improve the status of psychological health of the college students;the situation of the mental health of the college students of Hui and Han nationality had their own characteristics.There existed certain differences in the methods of self-esteem and keeping mental health among the students. |
