| 摘 要： | 采用文献、问卷调查、数理统计、特尔斐法等方法,以我国八大地区4800名知识分子作为被试对象,4619名非知识分子作为参照,对知识分子健身水平与其身体和心理自我感觉各个维度进行了深入研究。研究发现:1)知识分子健身总体水平偏高,且存在民族、性别、职业、年龄结构、健康、城乡、职业类型间的差异。2)知识分子身体和心理自我感觉好于非知识分子,但总体状况不容乐观,被试样本中有明显症状者为6.1%,有轻度症状者为21.7%,无明显症状者为72.2%,且存在性别角色的社会化特征差异。3)知识分子健身水平不同,其身体和心理自我感觉各个维度有显著性差异,健身水平越高,其身体和心理自我感觉越好。4)身体和心理自我感觉对其健身水平有一定的预测功能,可以作为其健身水平的有效显示器。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the relationship between the intellectuals' exercise level and their physical and psychological self-consciousness by the methods of literature,questionnaire,and mathematical statistic,etc.The study involves 4,800 intellectual subjects and 4,619 non-intellectual subjects to compare.Several conclusions can be drawn.Firstly,the intellectuals' general exercise level tends to be higher,and it varies from nationality,gender,occupation,age bracket,individual heath condition,urban and suburban areas etc.Secondly,the intellectuals' physical-psychological self-consciousness is superior to the non-intellectual,but the whole condition is not so optimistic.According to the study,the number of subjects with apparent symptom makes up 6.1%,light symptom 21.7%,no apparent symptom 72.2%,and it varies from gender role in socialization.Thirdly,different exercise levels have different influence on the intellectual's personal physical-psychological self-consciousness.The higher exercise level stays,the better physical-psychological self-consciousness will be.Finally, a person's self-consciousness can reflect his exercise level in some way.In other words,it can be regarded as an efficient mirror showing a person's exercise level. |
