| 摘 要： | 对24名受试者采用自身对照法进行实验研究，让其在BIODEX多关节测力及康复系统仪器上进行定量运动负荷试验。结果证明刺激经穴可以使肌肉的耐力增加，运动负荷中肌肉功率及做功能力衰减值少，减少负荷后疲劳肌肉的肌张力，促进肌肉的恢复。对27名受试者采用自身对照法进行实验研究，让其在卧位心功量计上进行定量运动负荷实验，通过超声心动图检查，证明刺激经穴可以激发心脏心力储备的潜力，提高运动中心脏的舒张机能和收缩机能，加速运动后心脏机能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Using self- comparison method, 24 subjects were tested at a certain load on Biodex Multijoint Dynamo and Rehabilitation Instrument. The results demonstrated that by stimulating acupoints, muscle en-durance increased, the alteration of power and working capacity of muscle at loading reduced, and fatigue muscle myotono after loading relieved, thus promoting the recovery of muscle. Another test was made with 27 subjects on cardiac function meter, the results drived from echocardiagram indicated that stimulating acu-points can activate cardiac reserve, improve systolic and diastolic function, and promote the recovery of heart fumction after exercise. |
