| 摘 要： | 通过对2002年"西部阳光杯"第十届全国大学生健美操大赛的74名大学生竞技健美操运动员进行调查研究,对其运动损伤的特点及原因进行了分析.并具有针对性的提出预防损伤的综合措施,以期使健美操训练更具有科学性,进一步促进我国大学生竞技健美操水平的发展.

| Abstract: | This research conducts an investigation study with attention to the sport injury in a sample of 74 aerobic athletes of college students who took part in the 10th National College Students' Aerobic Competition in 2002. Based on the results of the investigation this research provides a comprehensive analysis on the characteristics and causes of the sports injury. The related comprehensive measures was put forward in order to facilitate the aerobic training to be scientific and enhance the development of the competitive aerobic of the college students in China. |
