| 摘 要： | 为了便于竞赛和裁判,中国武术协会自1989年始把南拳改编成规定的竞赛套路后,国内外参加此套路训练和比赛的运动员越来越多。为尽快提高南拳竞赛套路的技术水平,通过对参加全国比赛的运动员和部分专家教授的调查,分析了运动员的基本情况,找出目前技术水平存在的问题,对今后竞赛套路训练的重点进行了研究,为广大教练员和运动员的训练提供理论依据。
