| 摘 要： | 先后从吉林、辽宁两省的甲A男子篮球运动员中共选出10名优秀跳投选手作为研究对象,采用高速摄影的方法对10名受试者在三种不同距离位置上的单手原地跳投动作进行了定点拍摄,并运用生物力学的影片分析法对所拍摄的动作图片进行典型测算分析.研究结果表明,单手原地跳投技术的出手时间在所有情况下都不是在身体上升到最高点时,而是在最高点之前的不同时刻.

| Abstract: | 10 elite jump-shot basketball players are selected from League A basketball teams in Liaoning&Jilin provinces as subjects. Fixed-spot shooting is employed for 10 players' single-hand orientation jump-shot act on three different places in way of high-speed photography. Besides, typical assessment and analysis on the act photos is conducted by using bio-mechanics Pix Analysis Method. The research result indicates that the proper off-hand moment for single-hand orientation jump-shot technique is not the same as the body peaks, but at the different moments prior to the peak time. |
