足球运动员补充糖和/或肌酸对运动后血乳酸的影响

摘    要:8名男性足球运动员,按正交表L4(23)进行实验设计,进行关于糖、肌酸补充对足球运动员体能影响的效果观察实验.实验结果表明:补糖可以显著降低赛后血乳酸水平,补肌酸对赛后血乳酸水平无显著性影响,二者无显著性交互作用;补糖能显著性升高力竭运动后血乳酸值,补肌酸对力竭运动后血乳酸值无显著性影响,二者无显著性交互作用.结果提示补充糖有助于提高运动员无氧能力,有利于足球运动员提高赛场竞技能力.

Abstract:The experiment was designed according to the orthogonal table L4(23)in 8 male football players. The effects of carbohydrate and creatine supplementation on physical performance of football players were observed in the experiment. It was indicated that carbohydrate supplementation remarkably decreases blood lactate level and there were no significant effects of creatine supplement on blood lactate level after competition. There was no remarkable interaction between the two. Carbohydrate supplementation remarkably increases blood lactate value after exhaustion. There were no remarkable effects of creatine supplementation on blood lactate value after exhaustion. There was also no remarkable interaction between the two. It was indicated that carbohydrate supplementation is conducive to the improvement of anaerobic capacity, which is beneficial to the improvement of competitive abilities of the football players during competition.
