健美操对学生心理素质的影响

摘    要:运用实验对比的方法,通过进行有效的健美操训练,对120名在校大学生采用问卷调查的形式,进行了专门心理素质(表现力、自信心、形体语言的运用、大脑机能心理的稳定性等)的考查,结果表明,健美操专项课的开设,对大学生心理素质的培养提高起着重要的作用;学生对自己能力等方面增强了信心,在个性上逐步走向成熟健康稳定,为大学生的终身心理素质奠定了良好的基础.

Abstract:The method of the study is experimental comparison. Questionnaire investigation was taken in 120 undergraduates after taking an effective aerobic exercise training so as to examine their specific psychological qualities - the ability of expression, the self-confidence, the application of body language and the stability of the functional mentality of the brain etc. It was shown that the specific course of aerobic exercise plays an important role in the cultivation of the undergraduates' psychological qualities. The undergraduates have improved their confidence in abilities of their own. Their personalities trended to be mature, healthy and stable, which has laid a good foundation for their life-long development of psychological qualities.
