| 摘 要： | 随着经济格局的调整,我国运动员退役安置工作遇到了很大困难,针对运动员退役安置现状,提出相应对策:坚持政策性安置,鼓励继续教育,加快体教结合进程,推进职业技能培训和运动员职业化发展等对策,以促进我国竞技体育事业健康有序的发展.
