| 摘 要： | 作为高校主要课程之一的体育课 ,同其它学科一样面临着课程体系、教学模式的更新与改革。通过对高校体育教学模式的调查分析 ,采用实验课程、数理分析、文献资料相结合的方法 ,论证高校教学改革要顺应素质教育思想的必要性 ,提出建立以素质教育为指导思想的课内外一体化教学模式。研究结果表明 ,高校体育教学模式应遵循“健康第一”的原则 ,采用自由选项的方法让学生参加体育课学习 ,结合课内外一体化教学 ,提高学校体育的教学效果。

| Abstract: | As one of the main courses in colleges and universities, physical education course is facing the same renovation and reform of its system and teaching mode as the other subjects. By investigation and analysis of the physical education teaching mode in colleges and universities the methods of combining experimentation, mathematical analysis and consultation of literature were applied to demonstrate the necessity that the teaching reform in colleges and universities should comply with the quality-oriented education. To establish the teaching mode with the quality-oriented education as its guiding thinking and with the course inside class and outside class merged as an organic whole was advanced. The results of the research showed that the physical education teaching mode in colleges and universities should follow the principle "health first". And the students should be allowed to study in PE courses by selecting their items freely. The mergence of the inside class and outside class course will improve the teaching effect of school physical education. |
