| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料检索法、调查与特征分析法、比较分析法,对中、美、日、英、俄、德六国体育学科研究生招生制度、课程结构、教学模式、管理体制进行结构化的和个案的比较研究,指出我国体育学科研究生教育初步形成体系,但整齐划一的招生制度不利于选拔有特殊才能的人;研究生课程设置专注于基础、理论知识的阐发,对学生跨学科知识、研究能力重视不够;在体育学科研究生教育管理方面,学术自主权没有真正落实,应明确中央、地方和政府、学校之间的职能分工,逐步推进社会第三方评估力量的成长。
