| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,人们的生活方式也在发生相应的变化.其中,体育活动成为人们日常生活的一部分.以大学毕业从业人员为研究对象,对影响他们体育生活的相关因素进行调查分析,总结原因,预测发展趋势,为普通高校体育教育与社会体育活动的衔接提出建议.

| Abstract: | With the development of society, people's lifestyle is changing correspondingly. Sports have become part of people's daily life. This paper takes employees who have graduated from universities or colleges, investigates and analyzes relevant factors affecting their sport lifestyles, summarizes the causes and predicts the developmental trends so as to offer suggestions on the link between physical education at universities and social sport life. |
