| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法,对全国28个省、直辖市共90所普通高校体育课程项目开设现状进行调查分析,研究结果显示:目前高校开设的体育课程项目十分丰富,但大部分项目普及程度不高;传统体育项目篮球、排球、健美操、乒乓球、足球、羽毛球等开设情况依然高居榜首;新兴体育项目体育舞蹈、网球、跆拳道、散打等正赶上或超过部分传统体育项目武术、太极拳、田径等;体育保健与康复理论知识越来越受到高校的重视;各高校对学生的早操和课外体育锻炼没有引起足够的重视;各高校采取的修学类型多为"指定必修加选修",是一种值得推广的修学类型,其中田径项目为体育必修课的首选。为此,提出了体育课程项目在普通高校发展的相关策略。

| Abstract: | By the method of questionnaires,the paper explores the current situations of physical education curricula in 90 colleges and universities in 28 provinces and municipalities,which shows that the curricula are rich and colorful but most of the events are not very popularized;that the traditional events such as basketball,volleyball,aerobic gymnastics,table tennis,football,badminton and so on are still prevalent,and the newly-emerging events such as sports dance,tennis,taekwondo,free combat and the like are catching up with or surpassing the traditional events such as Wushu,Chinese shadow boxing and track and field;that the theory and practice of health protection and rehabilitation is paid more and more attention to,while morning exercises and extra-curriculum activities are less stressed;and that students’ course-studying model is mainly "compulsory + selective",among which the compulsory course is track and field as the priority.Therefore,some developing strategies are proposed for physical education curricula. |
