| 摘 要： | 通过运用一般综合评价方法中的积分法,对1985、1991、1995、2000年全国汉族和28个少数民族的7～18岁男女生速度、力量、耐力、柔韧等身体素质指标的10560多个数据进行研究、综合分析.结果显示:壮族、黎族、朝鲜族男女在速度、下肢爆发力素质方面明显优于其它民族;在上肢力量上,男子壮族、黎族、维吾尔族等明显较好;在腹肌上,女子朝鲜族、壮族、汉族处于绝对优势;在耐力素质上,哈尼族、哈萨克族、柯尔克孜族、壮族等均表现出有较好成绩;在柔韧素质方面,朝鲜族、维吾尔族、土家族等优势明显.同时,还对一些民族在某项素质的弱势进行了分析.并对我国的运动员选材工作提出具体建议.

| Abstract: | By making use of comprehensive evaluation methods,we compared and analyzed more than 10560 sample data in 1985,1991,1995 and 2000 year in China.These data include all the body capabilities of speed,power,stamina and flexibility,etc of children and adolescents of 28 nationalities involving Han nationality and minorities from 7 to 18 years old.The conclusions are as follows: boy and girl students of Zhuang,Li,and Chao-xian nationalities are better in speed and lower limbs' power than others;boy students of Zhuang,Li and Uygur nationalities are superior to others in upper limbs' strength;in stamina capability,students of Ha-ni,Kazak,Uygur,Khalkhas and Zhuang nationalities are excellent; in flexibility,students of Chao-xian,Uygur,Tu-jia nationalities are outstanding.What's more,we also found respective limitations in body capabilities of different nationalities,and we give some constructive suggestions for our athlete identification. |
