浙江省高校学生体育学习与锻炼的现状分析

摘    要:对浙江14所大学的非体育专业在校学生进行调查.从学生的视角,掌握了大学生对目前高校体育现状的认识和评价.结果显示:1)学生参加课外体育活动的次数较少.2)60%以上学生自我感觉一般或较差.3)大部分学生对体育功效持肯定态度.4)75%学生对当前体育课的教学满意程度为一般或不满意,学校的体育考核制度还存在某些问题.5)学生参加体育活动的动机具有多维性,主要为消遣娱乐(35.6%)、增强体质(26.5%).6)限制大学生参加体育锻炼的因素,依次为运动场地缺乏、没有时间、没有锻炼伙伴.

Abstract:This study conducted a investigation among the undergraduates from 14 colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province.In the perspective of college students,this study grasped the cognition and evaluation of college students on the current situation of PE curriculum in higher education.The results indicated that the frequency of sport participation of students is still insufficient;60 percent of college students owned a lower self-cognition on PE and physical activity;the most of students obtained the positive attitude to the effects of sports;75 percent of students have a lower satisfaction with the current PE teaching;the motivation of students' sport participation is multiple-oriented,such as 35.6 percent of students would like to participate in sports for entertainment,and 26.5 percent of students would like to keep fit;the main factors restraining sport participation of college students can be summarized as no sufficient sport facilities,no enough time,no exercise partner.
