| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料的查阅,首先分析了武术界关于武术的套路与搏斗两种运动形式之间关系.在争论的基础上,然后提出现代武术应按性质功能分为技击武术、艺术武术、健身武术三大类.并沿技击武术、艺术武术、健身武术三条主线发展,按照各自的运动特点,采用相适应的训练或锻炼方法.

It put up moderm Wushu should be classfid into attacting artistry,strong healthy three kinds,went along these ways to develop,used the corresponding training or exercise method according to their movement feature. |
