| 摘 要： | 研究目的：探讨补充羊肚菌提取物对大鼠血乳酸含量及LDH活性的影响,以此研究羊肚菌提取物对提高大鼠运动能力及抗疲劳能力机制。研究方法：将SD雄性大鼠随机分为安静组、训练组、加药组,大鼠进行为期6周训练后,测定血乳酸含量及LDH活性。研究结果：加药组大鼠血乳酸含量下降,LDH活性增强,具有显著性差异。结论：羊肚菌提取物具有加强运动大鼠血乳酸代谢、防止乳酸堆积、提高LDH活性、延缓运动性疲劳、提高运动能力的作用。

| Abstract: | Research objectives： Discussion morel extract supplement for sports training and blood lactic acid content of LDH activity in order to explore the morel in sports and exercise capacity in rats the ability of anti - fatigue mechanism. Research methods： SD male rats were randomly divided into 30 three groups： control group, exercise training group, exercise training ~ Morchella groups of rats for 6 weeks after the training samples, the determination of blood lactate and LDH content. Results ： The aerobic exercise serum lactic acid in the blood than the control group increased, LDH activity decreased, and after adding the drug intervention, blood lac- tate concentration dropped significantly, LDH activity was higher than the trend of the training group and compared significant differ- ence. Conclusion： Morchella a certain extent, in strengthening the movement Morchella with blood lactic acid metabolism in rats to prevent the accumulation of lactic acid to ease exercise - induced fatigue to improve the effectiveness of athletic ability.
