| 摘 要： | 师范体育教育专业的学生今后工作性质主要是从事学校体育教学，学生经过四年体育专业的学习不仅会讲解，示范，组织教学，组织竞赛裁判工作，还应学会纠正动作错误，这也是一个体育教师必备的条件之一，如何提高学生纠正错误动作的能力，是体育教育专业提高教学质量的重要环节，也是促进学生尽快掌握各项技术，全面提高教学质量的重要保证，以寻求既符合教学规律又适应时代需求的教学手段。

| Abstract: | The students majoring in physical education in normal institutes should not only learn to explain ,demonstrate and organize in teaching practise,but also learn to rectify the mistakes of students in their sports action, This is an essential demand for a physical teacher. How to improve the students'capability for rectifying the mistakes in their spurts action links closely to the promotion of the teaching quality. This essay is to explore the practical and productive approaches in this regard through the teaching of volleyball games. |
