| 摘 要： | 研究以德国科隆体育大学田径研究所提供的第六届世界田径锦标赛女子皇级跳远决赛的生物力学数据为依据，探讨女子星级跳远中的技术关键和机械能利用问题。结果表明：女子三级跳远运动助跑最后阶段节奏平稳；女子三级跳远以平衡技术为主；三跳中机械能损失较多。

| Abstract: | Based on female triple jump datas of the sixth world championships in Athletics 1997.The author researched about the key technique of female triple jump,and the utilization of mechanical energy.The results indicated that Elite female triple jump approach rythem were smooth and steady.and the main technique of female elite triple jump were balance technique.The utilization mechanical energy in the triple jump were low. |
