| 摘 要： | 代谢综合症是现代常见病,而胰岛素的敏感性降低是诱发代谢综合症的主要因素,而合理的体育运动可以提高胰岛素的敏感性。从代谢综合症与胰岛素的关系出发,就运动对代谢综合症的积极影响进行机制探讨。
