| 摘 要： | 使用自行研制的中药蒸汽浴,对水上运动队运动员进行一个疗程(四个月)的消除运动性疲劳的治疗。疗程前后对比血乳酸(BLA)、血红蛋白(Hb)等几项指标有显著差异(P<0.01)。与对照组比较以上指标也呈显著性差异变化(P<0.01)。研究表明:中药蒸汽浴可有效地消除运动性疲劳,加速血乳酸清除能力或减少运动后血乳酸的形成,有利于有氧及无氧运动能力的提高,是一种新的恢复手段,对提高训练和比赛成绩具有独特的优势。

| Abstract: | The Chinese traditional medicine herbal steam bath that usage by oneself research to manufacture,proceed the treatment in the sport tired of cancellation of a treatment distance(four months) to the aquatic sports brigade athlete.The distance of treatment in front and back contrasts the blood lactic acid(BLA),hemoglobin(HB) etc.a few index signs shows the difference of outstanding(P<0.01).Also report to show the outstanding difference variety with the above index sign in contrast in matched control(P<0.01).Study the enunciation: The Chinese traditional medicine herbal steam bath can dissolves availably sport fatigue,accelerate blood lactic acid clearance ability or after reducing the sport the formation of the blood lactic acid.Benefit to have the exaltation that oxygen exercise and the no oxygen ability.Is a kind of new instauration means.Train to the exaltation with compete the score,have the special advantage. |
