| 摘 要： | 章运用献资料法、调查法、数据统计法，从健康状况、锻炼动机、锻炼场所、锻炼频率、锻炼时段、锻炼内容等方面对黎族地区城市老年人参加健身锻炼的现状进行调查与分析。结果显示黎族地区城市老年人的健康状况不容乐观。虽然他们对健身锻炼的功效认识程度比较全面，但部分老年人积极程度还不是很高，大部分老年人的体育消费意识薄弱。根据调查结果提出相关的改善对策，为促进黎族地区城市老年人体育健康、科学、有序的发展提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | From the angles of health condition. Exercising motivation, place, frequency, time, and content, etc.This paper makes the use of documental information, investigations, statistics to do the investigation and analysis of the current situation of old people's participation of body-building exercise in the cities of Li nationality's district. The result reveals that the old people's health condition in the cities of Li nationality's district isn't optimistic. Although they have the comparatively full realization of the efficiency of the body-building exercise, part of old people don't have high enthusiasm and large part of them have the weak awareness of PE Consumption. According to the result from the investigation, the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward. And in order to accelerate the health, scientific and orderly development of old people's physical training in the cities of Li nationality's district, this paper provides the theoretical basis. |
