| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对华北地区五所高师普通专业学生参加课外体育活动的现状及影响因素进行了较为全面、客观的调查与分析，对优化大学生课外体育活动的宏观管理与科学指导提供帮助，并对如何培养大学生的终身体育思想与体育行为提出建议。

| Abstract: | By refering to documents, questionnair, statistical figures, the author has analysed and investigated into present situation of normal collegers - not from PE specialities - extracurricular sports exercise in five normal universities with a comprehensive, objective way, for the purpose of helping collegers with optimizing macro-contral and scientific conduct their extracurricular sports activities and put forward some proposals for how to cultivate students life-long PE ideology and custom. |
