| 摘 要： | 足球射门意识的培养,不是一朝一夕的事情,而是需要从少年培养开始,经过多年系统训练才能达到,客观讲限制我国足球运动水平发展的主要原因,就是由于射门意识不强。射门意识是射门能力的主要环节,意识培养的过程,是意识和实践相结合的过程。使运动员懂得射门的意义和射门的正确概念,在实际训练中得到认识,通过认识—实践—再认识—再实践这一反复过程,使每个运动员在意识和技术上达到完善。

| Abstract: | The developing of the consciousness in shooting a goal can not be done well in a short time. It should begin from childhood and it also needs long term systematic exercise to reach the purpose. Objectively.the major which limits our country's foootball level is the lackness of the consciousness in shooting a goal . The consciousness is the main part of the ability of shooting a goal , the process of developing this consciousness is the process of combining practice and consciousness .Through a repeated process , cognize ?practise ?recognize ?repractise, the football athelets should understand the importance and the correct concept of shooting a goal, and make their consciousness and techniques perfect. |
