| 摘 要： | 受传播教育观念的影响和应试教育的冲击,我国中小学生的健康状况不容乐观,当今“健康第一”“以人为本”是体育教学与健康教育相结合的发展趋势,就如何通过体育教学达到健康教育的目的,使“健康第一”的指导思想能在健康体育教学中得到贯彻,改变单一的体育技术教学模式,增加多种形式的健康知识传授,从而使中小学生即能得到贯彻,改变单一的体育技术教学模式,增加多种形式的健康知识传授,从而使中小学生即能得到一定的体育锻炼,又能获得相关的健康适应知识指导自己的各种行为,体育教学必须立足于健康教育,即健康体育教育。

| Abstract: | Influenced by the traditional view and the examination - centered education system, the health condition of the students at the primary and middle schools is not optimistic. Nowadays, " Health First" and "Human-Oriented" make the combination of the physical education and health education a developing trend. This article mainly discusses how to achieve the aim of giving students the e-ducation of health through the physical lessons and how to apply the opinion of "Health First" into the teaching of physical lessons. We also concern how to change the teaching methods and enrich the knowledge of health, so that students can master some knowledge about health while doing physical training. Our purpose is to change the pure physical lessons into the physical education of health. |
