| 摘 要： | 为不断提高大学生的健康意识和整体素质，探讨高校健康教育与身体教育课程体系的新思路、新模式，采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等科研方法，提出实施课内外一体化的俱乐部式互动教学与考核模式能有效地解决健康教育的不足，应树立以人为本的终身体育观，为21世纪我国高校体育课程的整体改革和可持续发展提供思路、方法和内容。

| Abstract: | In order to increase the university students'health consciousness and the whole quality continuously,probing into the new way of thinking and the new mode on the body and health education course systems in colleges and universities, adopting the scientific research methods of the questionnaire, investigation,document materials,mathematical statistics and so on we could come to the conclusion: It can availably solve the insufficiency of health education to implement the club type interactive teaching and check modes of the integral whole inside and outside class. Establishing life long athletics viewpoint bassed on humanism. It can provide the way of thinking methods and contents for the whole reform and continuous development in the 21st century at colleges and universities of our country. |
